COERR Mae Sarieng Organized Training for Young Generation to Live a Life of Dignity

COERR has been providing activities benefiting children in border temporary shelters for a long time. However, there is a number of children in boarding houses who had not been informed about camp regulation and services rendered by COERR and other NGOs in camps.

Therefore, COERR organized a training to provide the children and youth in Ban Mae Lama Luang and Ban Mae La Oon with the information about rules and regulations they should know.

In doing this, COERR invited camp committee to explain about regulations of the temporary shelters, the responsible parties in the community, name and address of section leaders, etc. Moreover, NGOs’ staff were invited to describe their organizations’ services.

This information sharing training was organized on August 24, 2019 in Ban Mae Lama Luang for 123 participants of 81 female and 42 male; and Ban Mae La Oon for 265 participants of 174 female and 91 male.
